Discovery Pack is a sports nutrition pack containing nutritional and dietary products of effort to naturally optimize performance.
It consists of :
> 4 sticks of Hydraminov Drink Effort mint, citrus, lemon and neutral (energy drink)

> 4 Organic Almond Biscuits (energy cakes)

Test our sports nutrition products with the Discovery Pack :
Pre-race meal :
- 4 Organic almond biscuits : consume 1h30 to 2h before exercise with 1 compote or 1 ripe banana depending on appetite.
During effort :
- Hydraminov Energy Drink mint, citrus , lemon-lime and neutral (4 sachets) : 500 ml/ hour (practical : pre-dosed sachet for 500 ml of water). 1 gel (80 g) Hydraminov Gel+ : 1 to 2 sips every 30 to 45 minutes in combination with energy drink, or every 15 minutes in case of association with water.
- En cas d’envies de mâcher : 1 Organic almond biscuit every 1h to 1h30 (2 Organic almond biscuits) in combination withe enre--ergy drink such as Hydraminov Energy Drink.
After effort :
- 1 sachet Minéralinov : dilute 1 sachet (15 g) in 250-500 ml of water, to drink preferably after exercise.

I had only been able to test Hydraminov menthe thanks to a traileuse and cyclist who was a fan of the Brand and who pointed out this discovery pack to me. I was thus able to discover the other flavors thanks to the principle of individual sticks as well as the Aminov bars during my cycling outings. The other products in the discovery pack (gel+ for example) will be tested on longer outings. However, I have already ordered (and quickly received) Hydraminov menthe in a 612 g jar and Aminov bars, two products that I really appreciate. The mint fragrance is very pleasant and not at all disgusting, as it's not very sweet, and the bars are easy to chew. (Translated review)
