HYDRAMINOV® Mint - 10 Sachets

Dilute 1 sachet in 500 ml of cold water. Drink 1 to 2 sips every 8 to 10 min from the start of the effort, or 400 to 800 ml of drink per hour depending on the climate, the nature of the effort and intestinal sensitivity. (See recommended dilution table below)

Usable in gel : dilute 1 sachet in 30 ml of water.

Solid food : for efforts greater than 3 hours and no more than one intake per hour. Choice : ½ ripe banana, 2 to 3 dried apricots (depending on digestive sensitivity), 1 Proteinov® bar, 1 Organic almond cake.

Maltodextrins, sucrose, fructose, minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium citrates, sodium bicarbonate, zinc gluconate, sodium selenite, manganese and copper sulphates, sodium molybdate, chromium chloride) and vitamins (vitamin C from Acerola fruit juice powder, vitamins E, B1, B2, B3 and B6), whey protein isolate (emulsifier : soy lecithin), amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), dextrose, thickener : sodium alginate, medium chain triglycerides, natural mint flavour, soy protein (emulsifier : soy lecithin).
