Materninov 4 is a combination of specifically selected micronutrients :
- 5 minerals : Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Selenium. Calcium and Zinc contribute to the maintenance of a normal skeleton. Magnesium and Iron help reduce fatigue. Selenium helps protect cells from oxidative stress,
- Vitamins of Group B (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12) contributing to normal energy metabolism,
- Vitamin B9 : folates help reduce fatigue,
- Vitamins C and E helping to protect cells from oxidative stress,
- Vitamin D helps maintain normal bone structure.
1 capsule a day during breakfast for 3 months.

Calcium carbonate, vitamins (C, B3, D3, B6, B1, B2, B12, B9), marine magnesium oxide, capsule : fish gelatin, iron bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate, selenium-enriched yeast, spirulina powder (Spirulina platensis), vitamin E of natural origin, magnesium stearate. It contains sulphites.
Not recommended for children < 18 years and people on anticoagulant treatment. Not recommended for people suffering from diseases resulting in an abnormal accumulation of iron (hemochromatosis, polycythemia...).
It is recommended that pregnant or lactating women take the attachment of a health professional before any supplementation.
