General terms of sale (Metropolitan France)

1. General

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to any order of food supplements, foodstuffs and foods for special medical purposes marketed by EFFINOV NUTRITION SAS. Our sales are governed exclusively by the provisions of French law in force at the time of the formation of the contract binding us with our Client and by these general conditions of sale which are integral parts of any contract relating to our sales.

2. Supplies

The products supplied are exactly and only those listed in the catalogue of ranges of dietary supplements, foodstuffs and foods for special medical purposes marketed.

Photographs illustrating the products presented are not contractual.

3. Orders

Any order is firm upon receipt by our Company of your order form. The express acceptance of our offers, quotes or other provisions of sale implies, unless otherwise agreed in writing or expressly, an unreserved adherence of our Customer to the provisions of these general conditions of sale, which cancel and replace any clause, stipulation, proposal or special condition contained in the order or in the correspondence of our Customer.
We undertake to honor orders received only within the limits of available stocks of products. If the product is not available, we undertake to inform our Customer as soon as possible, and within 30 days from receipt of your order, either to deliver the product to you or to refund it to you.

4. Deadlines (for France only)

The delivery deadline is fixed on the day of payment cashing + 8 calendar days.
Your package will be sent to you within 1 to 3 working days for any order placed before 12 noon. It is possible to track the movement of the package on ou sur

In case of absence :

- The So Colissimo service of La Poste will leave you a notice of passage containing the instructions allowing you to recover your parcel in your post office.

- The DPD Predict delivery service allows you to interact via SMS with the DPD deliveryman and (re)schedule your delivery to the day and time slot that suits you best.

5. Sales price

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all our prices include all taxes. The goods are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of the order. Our prices are net, including VAT, postage and packaging for purchases from 50 euros in Metropolitan France only. For purchases below 50 euros, participation in shipping and packaging costs of 5.95 euros TTC for the So Colissimo service of La Poste and 4.95 euros TTC for the Pickup service of DPD.

6. Payment terms

Payment :
• By credit card : Payment by credit card online on our website is made on the secure banking server of our partner, BNP Paribas. This means that no banking information about you passes through our website. Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure.
• Or, by cheque payable to EFFINOV NUTRITION SAS: For Customers wishing to pay by cheque, it is possible to print your order and send it to us accompanied by a cheque to the following address: EFFINOV NUTRITION SAS – Service Consommateurs – 9 rue de la Cardonnière – 56100 LORIENT.
Any order not accompanied by payment will not be honored. The Company does not discount for cash. After a period of one (1) month from delivery, the default of payment will automatically result in the application of late penalties in an amount corresponding to 3 times the legal interest rate.

We reserve the right to offer specific promotional offers related to orders by phone or mail, or orders on our website.

8. Delivery

The package is delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. In case of absence, a notice of passage is deposited in your mailbox. It tells you where and when to pick up your package.
In the event that the packages show signs of burglary or mistreatment upon receipt, the reservations of use must be made with the carrier. After a period of 7 clear days following the delivery of the order, no claim will be accepted.

The Customer has 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order to notify us of his wish to return all or part of his order, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Company of his decision to withdraw by means of a declaration (for example, letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) to the following address: EFFINOV NUTRITION SAS – 9 rue de la Cardonnière – 56100 LORIENT. The Customer can also use the withdrawal form template. If the Customer wishes to use the withdrawal form (see below), he can fill it out and send it either by mail or by email to

The Customer must return the unopened, unopened and not expired products within 14 days from the notification of his withdrawal, at his expense, to the following address: EFFINOV NUTRITION SAS – 9 rue de la Cardonnière – 56100 LORIENT.

The Company undertakes to refund to the Customer the amounts corresponding to the price of the returned products as well as the delivery charges based on the standard delivery rate within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made via the payment method used during the returned order. The costs of returning the products remain the responsibility of the Customer.

11. Recourse, Mediation

For any complaint, Customer Service is available to the Customer. The latter can either :

• The dispute must be related to the sale of a product purchased remotely, between a consumer and a professional.

• The Customer must have attempted to resolve the dispute with the company’s Customer Service.

- No other mediator or court must have been referred beforehand to resolve the dispute.

Under the same conditions, the Customer can go to the dispute resolution platform concerning the purchase of a good or an online service to establish a request for mediation (

In the absence of an amicable solution, only the court of the place of the registered office or domicile of the defendant is competent.

12. Personal data

When ordering, the Customer’s personal data is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).
The Customer may exercise his rights of access, rectification or limitation or erasure of data concerning him or assert his right of opposition or right to portability. 13. The Unique Identifier (IDU), a reference number for producers, marketers of EEE

In accordance with article L541-10-3 of the AGEC law of 10 February 2020, with an effective date of 1 January 2022, any producer/marketer of an EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) will now have to register with Syderep, in order to receive its unique identifier number. Article R541-173 of the REP decree specifies the procedures for issuing and using the IDU.
