To facilite digestion :
Prioritize :

- Cooked fats and foods rich in carbohydrates and fats : fried foods, pizzas and industrial dishes, sweets, quiches, pastries, etc. ,
- The following foods : Alcohol, coffee, smoked and/or pheasant foods, oil-based marinades, onions, cabbage, cucumber, peppers, salsify, skin and seeds of fruit and vegetables, chilli.
Bromelain, lactase, amylase, capsule : fish gelatin, calcium carbonate, papaya extract (Carica papaya L.), lipase, magnesium stearate. It contains sulphites.
