Calminov is a combination of micronutrients and carefully selected plant extracts :
- Eschscholtzia, Valerian, Hawthorn, Passionflower. Hawthorn helps to sleep better. Valerian helps maintain a normal quality of sleep,
- Tryptophan,
- Magnesium that contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce fatigue and normal psychological functions.
1⁄2 to 1 dose-cap (12.5 to 25 ml) in the evening to dilute in a glass of water with a small spoon, for 1 month minimum.

- A predominantly vegetarian dinner combining vegetables, cereal products and/or legumes, fruit or compote without added sugar. Avoid cooked fats and excess animal protein.
Reduce :
- Consumption of stimulants, especially in the second half of the day : coffee, alcohol.
