EffiNov Amino is a formula scientifically dosed with high quality nutrients and proteins. EffiNov Amino is particularly recommended to supplement protein and nutritional intakes during the day :
- Combination of amino acids and proteins in the form of whey and soya protein isolates. Proteins contribute to the maintenance of muscle mass. 1 stick of EffiNov Amino provides 10 g of protein including 1.4 g of Leucine,
- Glutamine,
- 5300 mg of citrates and bicarbonates per sachet,
- Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium contributing to normal muscle function,
- 12 vitamins : 1 stick provides 50% of the Reference Nutritional Values.
- Antioxidant nutrients : Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Selenium, vitamins C and E contributing to the protection of tissues against oxidative stress.
Dilute 1 stick (32.5 g) in 400 ml of water, preferably to be drunk immediately after exercise. Use 1 to 2 times a day.

To optimize muscle function and vitality :
- Food proteins are essential for the synthesis of structural and functional proteins in the body : tissues, collagen, cell membranes, hormones, enzymes, neuromediators, transporters, etc.
- Eating animal protein for breakfast is particularly recommended to provide Tyrosine. In the second half of the day, vegetable proteins are recommended.
Sucrose, whey protein isolate (emulsifier : lecithins), minerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium citrates, milk minerals, sodium bicarbonate, zinc gluconate, sodium molybdate, manganese sulphate, sodium selenite, copper sulphate, chromium chloride), fructose, natural citrus flavourings (orange, lemon, grapefruit), with other natural flavourings, amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Glutamine, Taurine, L-Arginine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine), maltodextrin, vitamins (C, E, B9, B3, A, B5, B8, B12, D3, B6, B1 and B2), Papaya extract (Carica papaya L.), pineapple juice powder (Ananas comosus L.), colour : beta-carotene, soya protein isolate (emulsifier : soya lecithin), natural mint flavour.
