Materninov 3 is a combination of specifically selected vitamins, minerals and extracts of plant :
- Valerian, helping to promote relaxation and well-being,
- 4 minerals : Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Selenium,
- Vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12) essential for energy metabolism,
- Vitamin B9 : folates contribute to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy,
- Vitamins C and E helping to protect cells from oxidative stress,
- Vitamin D helps maintain normal bone structure.
1 capsule a day during breakfast for 3 months.

Marine magnesium oxide, capsule : fish gelatin, vitamins (C,B3, D3, B6, B1, B2, B12, B9), extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), zinc bisglycinate, iron bisglycinate, spirulina powder (Spirulina platensis), vitamin E of natural origin, magnesium stearate, selenium-enriched yeast. It contains sulphites.
Not recommended for children < 18 years and people on anticoagulant treatment. Not recommended for people suffering from diseases resulting in an abnormal accumulation of iron (hemochromatosis, polycythemia...).
