Hydraminov® Gel+ is developed with a holistic approach to nutritional needs during exercise and provides :
- Maltodextrin and honey,
- Amino acids : Leucine, Glutamine, Arginine,
- Minerals (Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium) in citrate form. Magnesium participates in electrolytic balance and helps reduce fatigue,
- Zinc, selenium, manganese, vitamins E and C to help protect cells from oxidative stress,
- Group B vitamins contributing to normal energy metabolism.
Consume 1 to 2 sips every 10 to 15 minutes, then 1 to 2 sips of pure water. From the start of exercise.

Drink 2 small sips of Hydraminov® Energy Drink every 8-10 min, the equivalent of 500 ml/h on average (400 to 800 ml depending on climate and personal tolerance). Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to start hydrating, a key element of performance.
Gels : Traditionally very concentrated in carbohydrates, low in micronutrients and Sodium whose losses by perspiration are significant, gels can cause an increased risk of digestive disorders and deficits in mineral intake. Hydraminov Gel+ is an innovative gel formulated to provide a global response to nutritional needs.
Solid food : For efforts greater than 3 hours and no more than one intake per hour. Choice : ½ ripe banana, 2 to 3 dried apricots (depending on digestive sensitivity), 1 Organic Almond Cake or a few Proteinov® bars.
Guava apricot preparation (40%) (fruit puree (47%) (apricot puree (25%), concentrated apricot puree (10%), pink guava puree (12%)), sugar, water, liquid sugar, thickeners (carob gum, pectin), natural flavours, concentrated lemon juice, calcium phosphate, water, wheat maltodextrin, honey (5%), minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium citrates, zinc gluconate, copper sulfate, manganese gluconate, sodium selenite), L-leucine, acidity corrector (malic acid), acerola juice powder, L-glutamine, L-arginine, vitamins (E, B1, B2, B6, B3).
