Ty Vita® is a unique complementary association :
- 12 vitamins : Group B vitamins and vitamins A, D, E and C. Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the children’s immune system. Vitamins C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12 help reduce fatigue. Vitamin and mineral dosages have been established according to the recommendations regarding Nutritional Intakes Recommended by scientific experts for children.

From 3 years : 1 dose (5 ml) to be diluted in a glass of water during breakfast.

- A balanced breakfast by opting for a dairy product based on goat or sheep’s milk, wholemeal bread with a knob of butter, fresh seasonal fruit and finally be well hydrated with a glass of water,
- Complex carbohydrates (whole-grain pasta, brown rice, etc.) which should account for most of the carbohydrate intake. Simple carbohydrate snacking (sugar, sugary drinks, sweets, pastries, etc.) should be avoided as sugar promotes the development of tooth decay, overweight or even obesity in the long term,
- Quality lipids such as omega 3 as they contribute to the normal functioning of the child’s brain. They also have a beneficial effect on learning and memorization. These omega 3 are found in fatty fish (ex: tuna, mackerel, sardine...) and in certain vegetable oils (ex: rapeseed and nuts),
- Fruits and vegetables, they provide dietary fiber that has a beneficial effect on transit, but also vitamins, minerals and trace elements essential for your child’s development. According to the National Health Nutrition Program (PNNS), it is recommended to consume at least 5 servings of fruits and/ or vegetables per day.
Limit :
- Animal proteins, particularly during evening meals. They can promote intestinal pain and have an impact on the quality of sleep. Protein intake is necessary, in the right amount, for the development of muscle mass and skeleton of the child, but rather in the morning or noon.
Water, glycerin, agave syrup, royal jelly, vitamins (C, E, B3, B1, A, B5, D3, B12, B2, B6, B9, B8), zinc citrate, selenium yeast, natural orange flavour with other natural flavours, thickener : xanthan gum, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.
Not recommended for children allergic to bee hive products.
This dietary supplement cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children, in a dry and cool place.
