IMUNOV - 30 Caps.

1 to 2 capsules a day with a meal, for 1 month as a preventive or during the entire period of weakness.

Products	Description
	> FLORINOV IMUNO : Dietary supplement based on probiotics (bifidobacteria, lactobacilli) and vitamins C and D. Vitamins C and D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
	> INFLINOV : Dietary supplement based on bromelain, papain, turmeric, vitamins and minerals. Turmeric helps maintain the effectiveness of the immune system.
	> VITALINOV : Dietary supplement based on Tyrosine, coenzyme Q10, vitamins and minerals. Iron, magnesium, vitamins C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 help reduce fatigue.

During high-risk infection periods (winter, pollen season), limit digestive work and increase your intake of foods with antioxidant properties :

Prioritize : 

- Daily consumption of fresh organic fruit and vegetables, spices, arômates, broths and vegetable soups,

- A light vegetarian dinner : vegetables, cereal products and/or legumes, fruit or compote without added sugar,

- Regular hydration : minimum 2 litres of water per day.

Limit : 

- Any excess of cooked fats, sweet and/or industrial products.

Echinacea extract (Echinacea purpurea), capsule : fish gelatin, vitamin C, cornstarch powder (Grifola frondosa), shiitake powder (Lentinus edodes), zinc bisglycinate, grapefruit seed extract (Citrus paradisi), manganese bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, magnesium stearate, vitamins B1 and D3.

Not recommended in the case of pathology of the immune system or if you are taking medication affecting the immune system. Not recommended in cases of known cross-allergy, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family. Not recommended for children under the age of 12 years old and for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
