Cartilinov is a complementary combination of specifically selected nutrients and ingredients :
- Glucosamine and chondroitin,
- Collavant®n2 undenatured type II collagen. This patented active ingredient reduces the breakdown of collagen in the joint.
- Harpagophytum extract titrated in harpagosides and bamboo. Bamboo helps maintain joint mobility and flexibility,
- Vitamin C, Manganese, Copper. Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen to support normal cartilage function. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues. Copper participates in the maintenance of normal connective tissues.
2 to 4 capsules per day during a meal for a minimum of 2 months.

To optimize your joint comfort :
Prioritize :
- Foods with antioxidant properties: fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables,
- Cooking with mild heat (steam) at high temperatures to preserve food properties and limit the formation of pro-oxidative compounds,
- Spice dishes and Turmeric rich in antioxidants,
- Consumption of tea, especially green tea, rather than coffee,
- Consumption of oilseeds, avocado, first cold pressed oils rich in vitamin E such as wheat germ oil.
Glucosamine sulfate from crustaceans, chondroitin sulfate from fish, capsule: fish gelatin, bamboo powder (Bambusa arundinacea), MSM (methyl-sulfonylmethane), extract of harpagophytum root (Harpagophytum procumbens), Collavant® n2 Type II undenatured Collagen (a registered Trademark licensed of BIOIBERICA, S.A.U), zinc bisglycinate, magnesium stearate, vitamin C, manganese bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate.
Not recommended for people with diabetes or prediabetes, asthmatics or treated with anti-vitamin K.
