EffiNov Omega 3 is a combination of fish oils rich in long chain omega 3 Epax® (EPA and DHA) in natural form and selected for their quality and origin :
- Oils from small wild fish,
- Natural oil in the form of non-esterified native triglycerides, concentrated at 34% EPA and 24% DHA,
- Vitamin E of natural origin and mixture of tocopherols to protect the oil from oxidation.
Epax® international quality is the gold standard for omega-3-rich fish oils. It ensures fish are caught in sustainable ocean fisheries to ensure traceability and optimal quality.
Long-chain Omega 3 has many properties that are essential for the proper functioning of the body : they contribute to normal heart function*. DHA also helps the brain function and maintain normal vision**. The consumption of DHA by the mother contributes to the normal brain development of the fetus and the breastfed child***.

To optimize your Omega 3 intake :
Prioritize :
- Every day 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil (half olive/half rapeseed or walnut) virgin raw cold pressed as seasoning or on food. Remember to store rapeseed or walnut oil in the refrigerator to preserve its nutritional qualities,
- 2 to 3 times a week fatty fish, preferably small fish (sardines, mackerel, anchovies), fresh or canned, containing less heavy metals than salmon or tuna,
- Some nuts, hazelnuts or almonds for breakfast or as a snack.
Limit :
- Fatty meat (beef, pork, mutton, charcuterie), maximum 2 to 3 times a week,
- Butter consumption, to be preferred for breakfast,
- Industrial ready meals, pastries, biscuits, margarines, cream, cheese, chips and biscuits, pizza, quiches, sweets, etc.
Fish oil (outside EU) rich in omega 3 (EPA, DHA), fish gelatin, humectant : glycerol, anti-oxidants : rosemary extract and tocopherols mixture.
This dietary supplement cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children, in a dry and cool place.
