Lifinov is a complementary blend of vitamins, minerals and tyrosine, rigorously selected to support nutritional intake following bariatric surgery (gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, sleeve,...) :
- 100 % of NRV* in 12 vitamins,
- 8 minerals : Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Molybdenum, Selenium, Chromium,
- Zinc and Iron (100% VNR* per capsule).
Magnesium, iron, vitamins C, B2, B5, B6, B9 and B12 help reduce fatigue. Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8 and B12 contribute to a normal energy metabolism. Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Zinc and vitamins C, E, B2 help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Our daily tips :
- Split meals, take time to chew food,
- Eat sitting down, quietly,
- Avoid drinking during meals, but rather outside meals.
Avoid carbonated and/or sweet drinks.
Prioritize :
- Foods with a high nutritional density : whole grain products, legumes (lentils, beans, beans, peas, etc.), fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices,
- First cold pressed virgin oils : olive, rapeseed and/or nuts (2 to 3 tablespoons per day),
- Small fatty fish at least twice a week (depending on digestive tolerance): sardines, mackerel, anchovies...,
- Protein intake at every meal, including breakfast: boiled egg, goat or sheep cheese, EffiNov Amino...
Limit :
- Refined and/or processed products : refined cereal products, white bread, industrial dishes...,
- Sugar products,
- Refined oils : sunflower, peanut, grapeseed...,
- Fatty foods rich in saturated or trans fatty acids : biscuits, pastries, puff pastry products, fatty meats, cold cuts, bread, pizzas, quiches, butter or excess cream...
