Hydraminov® is our reference nutritional drink, formulated by expert nutritionists using a global physiological approach to digestive constraints and nutritional needs during exercise :
- Slightly hypotonic drink,
- Versatility and variety of flavours (natural flavours) : sweet flavours with little impact to avoid disgust after several hours of effort,
- 7.2 to 8.8% protein (40 to 47% BCAA depending on flavour). Protein contributes to maintaining muscle mass,
- Combination of simple carbohydrates (dextrose, sucrose, fructose), maltodextrins and medium chain triglycerides in small quantities. Laboratoire EffiNov innovates by using several complementary maltodextrins,
- 3100 to 3400 mg of citrates and bicarbonates per dose,
- 10 minerals and trace elements. Potassium and Calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and reduces fatigue,
- 6 vitamins : antioxidant vitamins C and E (helping to protect cells against oxidative stress) and group B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6) involved in normal energy metabolism.
Dilute 1 sachet in 500 ml of cold water. Drink 1 to 2 sips every 8 to 10 min from the start of the effort, or 400 to 800 ml of drink per hour depending on the climate, the nature of the effort and intestinal sensitivity. (See recommended dilution table below)
Usable in gel : dilute 1 sachet in 30 ml of water.

Solid food : for efforts greater than 3 hours and no more than one intake per hour. Choice : ½ ripe banana, 2 to 3 dried apricots (depending on digestive sensitivity), 1 Proteinov® bar, 1 Organic almond cake.
Maltodextrins, sucrose, fructose, minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium citrates, sodium bicarbonate, zinc gluconate, sodium selenite, manganese and copper sulphates, sodium molybdate, chromium chloride) and vitamins (vitamin C from Acerola fruit juice powder, vitamins E, B1, B2, B3 and B6), whey protein isolate (emulsifier : soy lecithin), natural citrus flavors (grapefruit, lemon, orange) with other natural flavors, amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), dextrose, thickener : sodium alginate, medium chain triglycerides, soy proteins (emulsifier : soy lecithin).
